Whenever I plug my USB 3.0 Docking Station into my laptop, it gets recognized as a “Generic High Speed USB Hub” and only the keyboard and the mouse work. But when I plug it into the USB 2.0 port on my laptop, it works perfect. Recognizes it correctly, display works. I have Windows completely patched and I’m on Windows 8.1 I also have the newest DisplayLink software. I tried to manually update the drivers when plugged into the USB 3.0 but I couldn’t find them. I have no idea what is missing or why it is getting recognized incorrectly.
