docking 3900 stopped responding almost entirely. Please help!

I have had my 3900 docking station for 8 weeks and since the beginning, the video (only HDMI one) and the USB ports (for mouse, keyboard, and printer) would occasionally stop and start working … then 3 days ago, the entire unit stopped working all together… Ethernet port, both monitors, keyboard and mouse and printer… but the speakers still work - the only thing. Please advise. I tried unplugging everything and rehooking but that didn’t work.

Thanks for the post! I’m sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your docking station, but I"m here to help. If it’s ok with you, I’d like to start by getting some more information.
