I have been through Tech Support (Awesome group, BTW - very responsive and thorough), and nothing can help. They offered full refund, but I thought I’d just upgrade my headphones. Any suggestions on a brand that is guaranteed compatible?

Thanks for posting. We don’t have a list, but any headphones that support Classic Bluetooth should work. That is just about all the headphones on the market. Looking back over your previous ticket, though, I wonder if the problem may have been in the computer, rather than the phones
