My monitors goes black, the USB 3.0 disconnects and then everything reconnects and my screens comes back after a few seconds. This happens on an irregular basis and without warning. I have an IP phone and headset connected and this problem disconnects my system from the Ethernet effectively dropping my phone connection.
I am using Asus K53e laptop, Intel i3, 8GB Ram, Win 7 Pro 64bit with SP 1
DL 3900 connected to External monitor 24" via HDMI, Ethernet, USB Hard drive, Mouse and Plantronics Mic & Headset.
I will follow up directly and ask for logs.
