I got a pluggable USB 3.0 - model UD-3900. I cannot get it to work on my HP Pavilion running Windows 10. No matter what I do, I get an error that says USB device not working. Can someone help me out? I’ve installed all the Windows 10 updates, and I’ve installed the latest pluggable driver.
