DELL 5580 started having keyboard issues while plugged into Plugable

We bought the USB-C triple display for a new Dell 5580 (long story short: the reviews on the Dell docking stations for that laptop were horrible - and your reviews were amazing!). Recently we have had some strange behavior issues that we believe we have narrowed down to the docking station. When typing in a screen, it acts as if there is a key stuck on the keyboard (i.e. it was most evident when scrolling through menu items quickly). We replaced the keyboard and mouse thinking they were the culprits - but the behavior stayed until we plugged in the keyboard directly to the laptop.

Any thoughts as to what this might be? Are there solutions (i.e. new driver)?

Thanks,
–Conchi
