Hi,
I have a Metler Toledo PS60 scale that I need to interface with my shipping software. So far no luck.
I am running Windows 8.
My software tech support said that I need to use COM 1 or COM 2 and my adapter installed to COM 3.
Changing in the Properties area of the adapter didn’t get it working.
Can you give me some suggestions on how to get this thing going?

Thank you for contacting us about your Toledo scale. I assume you are trying to connect to it using our USB serial adapter.
Can you tell me the software that you are using to connect to the scale?
