I have your USB3 to E1000 adapter and I I used the USB connector, computer detects it but if I used your adapter, it goes undetected .

Thanks for reaching out to us! I do apologize for any trouble with the adapter, and I would like to help investigate this issue. Drivers for this adapter will be automatically installed through Windows Update given that there is an existing internet connection. Windows Update is generally good on automatic updates but rare issues can occur.
As long as there is not anything restricting the network that it is being connected to (such as MAC address filtering in an office network), and possibly a bad ethernet cable, a network connection should be established.
