computer crashes

hi there,

when using the dockng station my computer freezes and I have to re-boot my computer. It usually happens at least once a day, but sometimes more. Can you please help? I am on a sony vaio running Windows 7.

Thanks for posting here! I am sorry to know that you are having trouble when using the Docking Station.

Do you have the Plugable UD-160-A or the Plugable DC-125? If you have trouble figuring out which model you have, just email your Amazon Order ID to support@plugable.com and we will pull out this information from it.

Could you also run the DisplayLink support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli… ) and email the .zip to support@plugable.com. along with a link to this thread?

This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze it, we can figure out the next steps.

For the benefit of anyone who is interested-:

Dave did not have either the Plugable UD-160-A or the Plugable DC-125. He was in fact using a Docking Station by a different manufacturer.
