CD for pluable won't download

i am trying to play the CD on my computer but it wont play i have a head set that is wireless and i am trying to connect it bluetooth
if you can plz help or any other to get it be downloaded ty

All of our drivers can also be downloaded from our website here:

If you have Windows 10, you may not need the drivers, because Windows usually installs them automatically.

Could you please tell me your Windows version and the make and model of your headset?
