I installed the latest drivers.
Installed and ran the DisplayLink Support tool and the Systems Compatibility Check was OK.
My system:
Windows 10 home
Intel core i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHZ 2.60GHZ
RAM 16 GB
64 bit operating systems
Display set up:
Built in display= OK
First external monitor BenQ 32 inch monitor connected via built in HDMI= OK
Second external monitor BenQ 32 inch monitor connected via 4K HDMI adapter = This is where the problem is; The monitor was detected by the systems but I cannot make it work.
