Just connected new Google PixelBook to the ud-ca1a which was previously used with an HP Chromebook 14. The HP/ud-ca1a was able to output 1920x1080 to my monitor but the PixelBook/ud-ca1a fails with anything over 1600x900. Any suggestions?
Hello Glenn, thanks for posting and I am sorry to hear of this behavior! Can you let us know the channel and version of ChromeOS that the Pixelbook is running?
Can you let us know the model of the monitor you are connecting?
To be transparent, we have seen some issues with the external display using google Pixelbooks, but it has mainly been related to issues with the monitor waking from sleep. I have not seen the behavior you describe with Pixelbooks, however.
