Can't get all monitors working

Plugged into 2 HDMI and 1 DVI monitor to a hp probook. Only 1 of the HDMI monitors will work at a time. The two HDMi monitors are the same brand, when I unplugged everything and plugged it all back in, it was the OTHER HDMI monitor that started working.

It’s like it’s not supporting 3 monitors, just 2.
