I can’t seem to get my 2nd monitor to work. Both monitors work individually, but when I try to connect both at the same time, only one monitor shows up. I have a lenovo laptop, on LG monitor, and one AOC monitor. LG is hooked up to docking station via USB to HDMI, and AOC is hooked up via HDMI to HDMI. Can someone please help??

We have a troubleshooting tool that helps us find out what is going on in situations like this. With the dock plugged in to your computer and both monitors attached, please go to this page to download and run our log-gathering utility.

It will save a .ZIP file to your Desktop which can then be emailed over for analysis. Please email the file to support@plugable.com, with “Ticket 151499” in the subject.
