Cannot select 1920x1080 resolution

Hi,

I have a 15" HP Envy laptop and the plugable 3900 usb 3 adapter running 2 samsung B2240 monitors and windows 10 will not allow me to select a higher resolution than 1680x1050.

Any ideas?
