When I turn on my portable Bluetooth speaker the speakers on my laptop turn off. Any way to have them both going at the same time so I can leave the music on in the kitchen and play the portable speaker in the basement?

Thank you for contacting us. I’m sorry to hear that your setup with the Bluetooth adapter isn’t working as desired.
Windows only allows a single playback device to be enabled at a time, so it isn’t possible to have audio play on both the internal and Bluetooth speakers at the same time. This limitation is why built-in speakers automatically turn off when you connect headphones.
