Can i attach & use 2 UD-3900 simultaneously on 1 laptop?

I’m trying to run 6 monitors simultaneously.

My older UD-3900 is running 2 monitors presently.

I have also attached 1 monitor to my VGA port and another monitor to my Display Port on my laptop

I got another new UD-3900 to try to run 2 new monitors.

However, after plugging in my new UD-3900. I do not get any video output from both of my UD-3900s now.

I’d tried to reinstall the latest Plugable Display Link software, but was prompted that I had already have the latest drivers.

Can someone help to guide me on how to make the video stream from both of my UD-3900s?

Thanks very much in advance…

Hi Jeff,

We reached out via email to request system logs. Re-posting here in case the email didn’t make it through:

Please download and run our diagnostic utility PlugDebug –> http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug with both docks connected (even though the connected monitors are not working) and please send us the file that is created on your Desktop

Please email the file to support@plugable.com with Ticket #159852 in the subject and we’ll have a look to see what the best approach will be.

Thanks!
