I transferred data successfully, but now when I need to re-transfer some specific data re my Outlook the connection no longer works. I need to speak with someone.

Sorry to hear about the issues you’re seeing with Outlook and Easy Transfer, however Microsoft has known issues with using Easy Transfer for this, as you can see here:
" NOTE Windows Easy Transfer is a Windows feature that enables you to copy files and settings from one computer to another. Some Outlook users experience corrupted Outlook profiles when using Windows Easy Transfer. The steps in this article don’t use Windows Easy Transfer."
