Both the serial (DVI with adapter) and HDMI ports do not seem to function on my UD3900. Any suggestions?

Connecting two minotors on via the DVI but had to connect it directly to the laptop and the second monitor has an HDMI connection but that didn’t work so i purchased a HDMI to USB adapter. Both monitors are not recognized if I try to use those adapters.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I am sorry this is not working as expected.

Most of the time, when the display outputs on a docking station are not working it is due to the DisplayLink drivers and software not installed ( DisplayLink manufactures the chips inside the docking station and the software that runs the external displays ). These drivers can be downloaded from here ( https://plugable.com/drivers/displaylink ), if you have not already done so, please download and run the driver package. When that completes, please connect the external monitors and reboot the computer.
