Bluetooth not found in windows 10

I cannot find bluetooth settings in windows 10. I found bluetooth support and made sure it was running and on auto. But I still can’t find it.

If you click on the upward-pointing arrow at the lower left of your computer near the clock, do you see a Bluetooth icon there?
