I have an HD touchsmart 610. I ordered the USB 2.0 USA multi-display adapter. Everything was installing fine but the my all in one went black and now I can’t do anything including boot in safe mode. It’s like the graphics went up in smoke. PLEASE HELP!

When you try to boot to Safe Mode, what happens? Does it try and then just reboot?

Unfortunately I couldn’t boot up in safe mode bc Windows 10 loads to fast. However I could tell that the computer itself was working. I ended up having to take the computer to be repaired so I will most likely be returning the product.
