Accessing a citrix program the mouse flashes when two external monitors are connected

I am trying to access a citrix program with 2 external monitors connected to a surface pro 3 through the single monitor docking station with a vga to usb display adapter. When doing so the mouse flashes and doesn’t allow me to access the program.

I have a regular surface pro set up similarly and experience no issues when accessing citrix programs.

I am having this same issue - did you get any resolution?

Swapping my display doesn’t seem to change anything.
