I have a usb2-micro-250x that was working fine under Windows 7. Every since upgrading to Windows 10 it’s not working. Made certain the camera privacy setting are correct but still no go. Windows recognizes the camera but it’s not turning on. Any ideas?

Have you tried using the microscope with the built in Camera app that comes with Windows 10? If it works in that, then we know that it’s just a potential software issue, and we can investigate further.
