Windows 10 anniversary - no audio or hub

Plugable audio and the usb hub are not being detected properly in windows 10 anniversary. The video drivers built into windows 10 anniversary work fine though. any ideas?

Hello Gordon,

Sorry to hear about this issue. What model Plugable product do you have?

Thanks,
Josh

I have a UD3900
I managed to get the audio drivers installed - a bit of a hack, i had to open your driver executable and extract the audio drivers because the setup would fail for the driver packages as a whole.

So, now i still have the issue that the USB hub portion says "Unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed). It happens on both my Windows 10 anniversary laptop, and my windows 7 laptop. Seems a little wonky that the hub would fail.

Hi Gordon,
