Why plugable usb 3.0 multi-display adapter makes the projected image on the screen always rotates 90 degrees clockwise?

Hi there,

I just bought Plugable USB 3.0 Multi-Display Adapter. After I connect my HP Stream 8 Tablet to LCD Projector/PC Monitor using the aforementioned adapter, the image that appears on the projector/monitor always rotates 90 degrees clockwise.
I have readjusted and made sure all sets in the control panel’s display setting are correct, but nothing has changed.

I’d appreciate indeed any solutions given to this problem. Thanks in advance.
