When i plug the usb adapter in it does not show any forms of working and when i go to device manager it says that the drivers for it are not installed giving me code 28 I have no idea how to fix this issue and its has been troubling me all day.

I would suggest to connect the USB Audio Adapter to your computer, and run our handy diagnostic tool at this link: https://plugable.com/support/plugdebug/.
Once you have completed the diagnostic, a file folder will be placed your desktop. If you would, please contact us directly at: support@plugable.com with Ticket #232344 in the subject line with the file folder attached.
