Thanks for reaching out to us, I am sorry this is not working as expected.

One of the most common causes of a monitor not working is the monitor set to use the wrong input. Most monitors will have an input selection button ( normally on the front bezel or as part of the on screen menu ). Pressing this button should cycle through the available inputs, please set this to DVI and let me know if this helps. If you have trouble finding the selection button, please let me know the manufacturer name and model number of the monitor.
