The monitor is not working when I connect it through the docking station

I tried both HDMI and DVI connection but none of them works. The mouse connected to docking station works fine. And also when I connect monitor directly it will work fine too.

It sounds like the DisplayLink software may not be installed on your machine. Can you try installing the appropriate drivers from the following link?

http://plugable.com/drivers/displaylink
