Surface Book 1 issues UV3900 REV B2

I’m having issues with the USB driver crashing and restarting. Over the past week I’ve seen one blue screen and another freeze up that required a hard start by holding down the power button for 30 seconds. I downloaded the capability tool and the check passed and I’m running the DisplayLink Manager Version 8.4.3026.0. Any help is appreciated as I’m not sure how to fix and having issues getting word done.

Based on your description of the behavior, our first step is to get some additional information from your system to try to analyze the failures.

If you would, please keep the dock connected and monitors attached and email us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug ( http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug ) as this will allow us to examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.
