I just bought the Plugable USB Adapter and it doesn’t seem to recognize by Sony Bluetooth headset (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00…). I tried letting it install the drivers through Windows Update, and it didn’t work. I then tried to manually install the W10 drivers from your website, but no dice either. I turned off bluetooth on my phone and tablet as well to make sure there were no conflicts. Any ideas?
having the same issue with the same exact model headset. I have windows 8 and was able to get my iphone to pair with the device. but the headset will not. would really be interested in the solution to this.
