Rendering 2 independant monitors from a MS Surface pro 3 using Plugable 3.0, but cannot render independant views simultaneously.

I have a pluggable docking station 3.0 connected to a MS Surface Pro 3 running Win 10 and have 2 monitors attached using the pluggable device. both monitors render but they only mirror the same content. What am I doing wrong?
I’ve trie going into display settings to change setting to “extended”, but does not accept the attempt

Hi Albert,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us! I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue, but I would be happy to assist.

Just so I have all of the right information, would it be possible to obtain the model numbers of the displays you are using? Also, how are these displays connected to the docking station? A good way to represent this looks like this:

Monitor 1 (Model Number) > HDMI to HDMI cable > HDMI port > Docking Station
Monitor 1 (Model Number) > DVI to DVI cable > DVI port > Docking Station

Thank you for your time,
Marc
