I have a Plugable USB 3.0 connected to my laptop and two monitors. In display properties on Win 10, I only see 1|3 instead of 1,2 and 3.

Hi Michael, thanks for posting! It sounds like your monitors are set to Duplicate mode where we will want to configure them to Extended mode in order to have each one uniquely identifiable. Would you be able to select the 1|3 box and change the Multiple displays drop down menu to Extend these displays within Windows’ Device manager?

Does adjusting the display settings to Extended mode help configure your displays as you desire?
