Plugable USB to RS-232 DB9 Serial Adapter (Prolific PL2303HX Chipset):
RS-232 ports on a PC include + and - voltages. Does your adapter provide both + and - voltage, or only +?
Additionally, do you have drivers for windows 8 and 8.1? (I think I read it will not work with windows RT, which is not an issue for me.)
