Plugable HDMI causes computer to revert between 1 display recognizes and 2.

HDMI moves between 1 display recognized and 2. I have traded cables and monitors and it’s the same. Computer reverts to 1 or 2 every 10-15 seconds.

I think the best first step, to make sure we have all of the right information, is to have you utilize our PlugDebug application, and get the log files of your system sent over.

If you could, please keep everything connected and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug –> http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug as this will allow us to examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.

Then, once you have the zip file, please email it to support@plugable.com with “Ticket #180011” as the subject.
