Plugable Ethernet not working

Hi,

I am using Plugable USB 3.0 docking station but the Ethernet port is not working.
Can you advise what could be the problem. This is a new docking station.

Based on the description of the issue, I want to make sure we have all of the correct drivers updated, and to ensure we are not dealing with any software related issues. When you have a moment, could you please keep everything and visit www.plugable.com/support/plugdebug, and download and install our PlugDebug application. Once the program completes, you will see a .zip file placed on your desktop. Please attach that .zip file to an email, and send it to our support@plugable.com address, with “Ticket No 185768” as the subject line.
