Hi, I’ve used the product in the title successfully before to listen to my system’s audio through Wireless Headphones, however now whenever I try to plug the USB into one of my ports, it’ll light up for about a second and then the blue light will go away.
It works when I try to plug it into my brother’s computer, he’s got a Windows 8 operating system, and it used to work on my computer, however for some reason it just won’t work anymore?
I really need to get this fixed soon so if anyone can help me out with my problem at hand, that would be appreciated dearly.
Thank you for posting about your Bluetooth adapter. Since the adapter works in the Windows 8 computer, but not the Windows 10 one, some problem probably occurred with the drivers or software.
Could you run our diagnostic program? It will gather device information and installation logs that will help me understand what is happening.
