Network Connection Issues with Plugable USB-C 4K Triple Display Docking Station

When I connect to the LAN via the Plugable USB-C 4K Triple Display Docking Station with Charging Support for Specific Windows USB Type-C/Thunderbolt 3 Systems, I can only browse the network on the local subnet, my computer cannot be managed from AD, and my shares are not accessible. I do have internet access and I can connect to all servers, services and devices on all subnets.

The laptop can be pinged, Nslookup and tracert returns the correct host name.

I reinstalled the plugable driver several times with no antivirus running.
