my window 10 in the dell intel, core i7 touch screen system does not support Bluetooth. why

previously I had been using the same window 10 and Bluetooth was accessed…but now the system does not support it any more. when I troubleshoot it dispays “cant find Bluetooth, also system does not support Bluetooth” why

Thank you for posting here. It sounds like your system’s Bluetooth settings may have been changed during an Windows 10 update.

Could you please tell me a little more about your situation?

  1. Are you using the Plugable Bluetooth adapter?

  2. Does your computer have a built-in Bluetooth adapter?

  3. What is the make and model of the device (such as headphones, speaker, keyboard, mouse, etc.) you are trying to connect through Bluetooth ?
