Multiple monitor spatial issue

I have 6 monitors hooked up to a Plugable USB 3.0 7-Port HUB with 4 DVI to USB 3.0 and 2 DisplayPort to USB 3.0 adapters. In the display settings, the PC sees all 6 (3 on top - 3 on bottom) but when I move them to be in the correct order it doesn’t recognize the order I put them in and the mouse still doesn’t move as it should. I can get it to work with up to 4 monitors but the minute I plug in a 5th it throws it all off sorts, no matter how I organize the displays on the screen. Note: I also have a Plugable USB 3.0 10 port HUB that has the same issue.

Hello Amanda, thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear of this behavior and I will be happy to help.

Thank you for the description of the behavior you are seeing. Just to clarify and ensure I am understanding correctly, within Windows Display Settings you can see all 6 of your connected monitors.

When you click 'Identify" do the monitor numbers within the Display Settings application not seem to match what is being displayed on the monitor screens themselves?

Additionally, when you attempt to rearrange the displays in the seemingly correct arrangement it does not change in the way you would expect?

Please let us know this clarifying information whenever you have a moment and we will go from there.

Thank you,

David W.
