Mouse & Keyboard Stopped Working Suddenly (UD-3900)

I have a UD-3900. I have a Windows 10 and a Windows 7 laptop connected (both 64-bit). Everything was working fine until the mouse and keyboard stopped working on the Windows 10 laptop (still works on Windows 7). Also, the display part is fine, it’s just the mouse and keyboard.

I have powered everything off & on, checked all cables, etc.
