Mouse does not extend to second monitor

HI, I used the 3900 with no problem using a laptop and a second monitor, but now instead,I want to use it with a PC and add a second monitor. The display is set to extend and the second monitor is working but the mouse will not extend to the second monitor. Any thoughts???

By the way, if I set the display to “second monitor only”, the mouse will work on that monitor.

Thanks for the post! Based on the information you’ve provided it sounds like your secondary monitor just needs to be oriented correctly in the display settings.

I recommend watching our video on spacial orientation (https://youtu.be/kajujwoPsT8) to make sure that Windows knows where your secondary monitor is in relation to your primary monitor.
