I have used this set up with same equipment for a long time, but when I came back from a trip I can’t it to work at all. I’m using an Acer laptop with Windows 10.
In the course of trying to get things working, I installed the update. I can’t even send you a screen shot b/c as soon as I plug the USB end into my laptop, both screens go completely dark. I probably played with every available option to get it to work.
Is there any way to speak to someone? I don’t see how this will ever be solved with this type of support. I recall having some phone contact before.
