Keyboard shortcut to enable "Desktop Clone/Mirror Mode"

I bought the USB to VGA/HDMI/DVI adapter and plugged it into a computer (All in One) that has a dead monitor running Windows 10, It seems to have installed the drivers since I got a green light on the adapter. Is there any keyboard shortcut to enable “Clone Mode”, I can only send keystrokes since I’m booting blind into Windows 10

HI Raul,

Thank you for reaching out to us, I am sorry that your main monitor on your All in one is damaged! This is a difficult problem, but based on the adapter type you purchased from us, it may be possible to use the “Project to Display” shortcut, combined with a second display connected to get this to work.

If you could, boot the system up, connect the second display through the USB to VGA/HDMI/DVI adapter, then once it is connected (you may even hear a usb sound) and the green light is showing, press the Windows Key + P and then hit enter. (When you hit Windows Key + P this brings up the “Project to Display” menu, which defaults to extend, then by pressing enter, you should then be able to extend the display to the second monitor plugged into the adapter.

I hope this helps! Let me know what happens.

Thank you,
Marc
