Kangaroo portable computer won't recognize external USB ethernet

I cannot get my Kangaroo portable to recognize this adapter at all. I even tried to install the driver manually. This is an ARM based machine.

Unfortunately, our USB2-E100 Fast Ethernet adapter won’t work with any ARM based Windows OS. Sorry about that.
