It will not connect to my wife's Cricut Air, it wont even recognize it. Is there an update to fix this issue.

The adapter works with Cricut that support Bluetooth and the necessary driver should already be in place, so there is likely some other issue.

Could you please answer some questions that will help me understand the issue?

  1. What Windows version is on your computer?
  2. Is the Cricut Design Space software installed on your computer?
  3. Has the Cricut been connected to any other computers or mobile devices?
