HP spectre x360 15" not charging?

I have an HP Spectre x360 15" 2016 model. product No #T6T09UA#ABA.
Everything is working with your Plugable UD-ULTCDL exept usb charging. Prior to buying the product i checked on the forums and show that charging is working with my model.
Is there any info or anything i can do in order to charge my laptop through the USB?

Thanks for asking about the charging support for your system.

At this time we do not have the 15" model of the Spectre x360 here to test in our lab, but from some of our customer reports, we do not expect the 15" model to charge.

The 13" models we have confirmed should charge fine.

If you have a specific case where someone has reported the 15" does charge from our dock, can you provide a link for me to take a look at?

Thank you for the answer Josh.
I checked it again and they are talking for the 15" model.
Please let me know if in the future it will work because it is one of the main reasons that i purchased the dock for.
Everything else is working great
