My pluggable 3900 seem to have problems with the microphone (iPhone headset) on a Dell XPS 15. All other functions seem to work fine. I can hear others but they have trouble hearing me. I am plugged directly into the Dell laptop and have tried several different headsets to eliminate the microphone as the source of the problem.
