I am trying to use the my docking station and everything is working but the HDMI connection will not work. I have the Plugable UD-3000 SuperSpeed and my monitor is a HP 27er Display.

Did you install the latest DisplayLink drivers on your machine before attaching the dock? There’s the link for that:
