Is there a driver for manual installation? We’re running Windows 7 and I’m trying to use this at work, but the systems wont allow 3rd party installation from a .exe file. Please help?

Thank you so much for reaching out to us, I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue.
In order to correctly install the correct drivers, you will need admin rights on the host system in order for them to be installed correctly. This could be an issue or restraint that has been put in place by your IT department, and they will have to verify and clear the driver before allowing you to download and install.

Is there a file I can download and just update it manually instead of going through the installer?

Hi Everyone!
On this particular case, we had to offer Jon a refund, as our individual Bluetooth dongles require admin privileges in order to install all of the necessary software in order for them to work, and they cannot be manually installed
