I am experiencing a conflict between the Plugable USB 3.0 docking station and the wireless router. When the docking station is plugged in, I get only intermittent wireless access. How do I fix this?

Thanks for posting with your issue- I think we can get you up and running with a few more details.
We have a couple of products that fit the description of USB 3.0 docking station- The UD-3000 laptop dock and the U3 Communicator hard drive dock. Which of these do you have?
In either case, there are some known issues with USB 3.0 and wireless devices: simply physically relocating the device may help.

So I read some other posts and decided I would connect the docking station (UD 3000) to the USB 2 port on the other side of the laptop. That seems to have fixed the problem. Your document (while I did not understand all of it!) seems to indicate the USB 3 and the wireless interfere. And moving the devices apart or shielding them would fix the issue. So I will keep working on the layout of my desk.
